NFC tags with Ultralight chip embedded
Mifare Ultralight chip is made by NXP and it has a total memory of 64 bytes. The usable memory size is 48 bytes. It is NFC Forum Type 2 Tag compliant. Mifare Ultralight is low cost and suitable for application that just reads UID and able to store short URL and short text.
